SWOLE SOLES™️ tend to fit on the smaller side compared to what you are used to. If you are between sizes it is recommended that you select the next size up. Remember to measure your feet using our measuring guide before you select your size.

When your shoes fit like a glove, you'll be so zoned into your lifts, you'll forget you're even wearing them. Here’s how to measure your feet and get the perfect fit for SWOLE SOLES.

HOW TO MEASURE

Do these measurements at the end of the day and wear the same socks you plan on wearing with the shoes.

1. Place a sheet of paper on a solid flat surface.
2. Stand firmly on the paper sheet with one foot and use a pen to mark the farthest point of your heel and the longest point/tip of the front of your foot.
3. Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure from the tip of your big toe to the farthest point of your heel (In centimeters). This is the Length.
4. Repeat these steps with your other foot and use the larger of the 2 as your number.
5. Once you have your Length measurement, check the Length column on the above size chart and find your matching USA/CAN or EU shoe size. 
6. Once you have your size, select it from the (options/drop down) and add it to your cart. If you are between sizes, go larger.

A PROPER FIT WILL ENSURE YOU'VE GOT:

• Enough space in the toe box to flex. 
• Your foot doesn’t slip in and out of the shoe & the ankle collar doesn’t rub while walking.
• Few/no pressure points that could cause discomfort long-term.

SWOLE SOLES are unisex and come in a range of unified sizes for both men and women’s weightlifting & wear. For example, one of our US sizes is Men's 12 / Women's 14. We also have EU sizing available for you in our sizing chart. Refer to the sizing chart to ensure you select the right size that matches your foot measurements.

How to return your item(s):

1. Pack the item(s) safely and securely in the original product packaging (if possible). Please include all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.
2. Before sending your return shipment, please remove any and all labels from the outside of the shipping box/package.
3. Send the return package to the following address:

4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5. It is recommended that you use Purolator/UPS or Canada Post (Canada) and FedEx (USA) for your return.
6. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Please Note: We will process your credit immediately upon receipt of the returned product. However, refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.
8. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
9. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
10. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error
