

Protein Banana Pancakes
- 2 scoops Mutant Pro vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 2 cups egg whites
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup Splenda®
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb. bananas
- 2 tsp baking soda
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Let sit overnight. Make pancakes in the morning. Add sorbee maple syrup or yogurt on top.
