How do I use MIND FK?

To get the most out of your workouts, mix 1 serving with 8–16 fl oz (250–500 ml) of water 15-45 minutes before workouts. Be sure, if you’re a noob, to use 1/2 serving or less to assess your tolerance. Use only as directed.

Can I stack MIND FK with other Mutant products?

Yes. MIND FK can be stacked with several Mutant products to optimize your goals. We recommend stacking MIND FK in a program that ensures you’ve also done your main FEEDING job too. So make sure your program is topped up for protein – fill those gaps with Mutant ISOSURGE, Mutant Mass, or Mutant Whey. When it comes to stacking MIND FK with other products at the same time, many people add creatine (CreaKong®); those who want the extra benefits of leucine and BCAAs take MUTANT BCAA 9.7 with their pre-workouts (Yes, Leucine and BCAAs are not just for growth – they also help extend performance too). However, we recommend that you avoid stacking MIND FK with Mutant products or other products in general that contain caffeine.

Will Mutant MIND FK make me feel jittery?

It has no caffeine, so NO! Unlike many pre-workouts, Mutant MIND FK does not rely on the typical large dose of regular caffeine to give you energy, often making you feel jittery, anxious, and “cracked out.” Instead, Mutant MIND FK has Enfinity® Paraxanthine, a caffeine isolate that is the best part of caffeine without the caffeine metabolites that lead to side effects like feeling jittery. (Caffeine, once ingested, turns into 3 different caffeine metabolites, of which about 85% of that is paraxanthine – we just cut out the middle process, so now you’re ingesting pure paraxanthine!)

I am sensitive to stimulants and other ingredients in pre-workouts. Should I use Mutant MIND FK?

Mutant MIND FK is very different in many ways from other pre-workouts you have probably tried before. Mainly, it doesn’t use a ton of caffeine that can often make you feel like your heart is pounding out of your chest. Your workout is a time to focus on YOU and what your body is doing to maintain the most effective form with every rep and push yourself to more REPS, in those sets. You need real FOCUSED energy – focused INTENTIONALITY – because those extra reps just aren’t going to magically happen if you keep on doing what you have always done before. As we like to say, you have to MINDFK your muscles to get those vital growth reps.

Drinking a lot of coffee tends to make me feel angry and depressed. Do you think MIND FK will negatively affect my mood, too?
